Bobby entered the ready-mix industry in 1998 and has built a career spanning plant operations, maintenance, and construction across Arizona. His experience includes managing multiple batch plants and mining sites, leading on-site plant builds, and running his own plant erection and maintenance business. He joined Silverback Concrete in April 2025 as Arizona Plant Manager, where he oversees plant, driver, and sales teams while also supporting projects across other markets.
