Prior to joining Silverback, Jessie worked in the asphalt paving industry where he spent two years on a dirt crew before advancing to a superintendent role for just over a year. That experience gave him a solid foundation in reading plans, understanding elevations, and operating heavy equipment.

One of the key strengths Jessie brings to the table is communication. Whether he’s talking with the crew, coordinating with office staff, or working with general contractors, he makes sure everyone is on the same page.
